CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the connection between the head, neck, spinal column and sacrum (the base of the spine), that stretch and decompress these areas; helps release trapped spinal fluid, improve the functioning of the central nervous system, and correct the imbalances in the cranial-sacral system to restore health and balance.
